• Is this leak the latest of many leaks ?
• Do you have ceiling stains in multiple rooms ?
• Are the leaks over a large area ?
• Do you lose tiles and roofing materials after high winds ?
• Are roofing materials chipped, cracked and broken ?
• Does the roofing material lie flat, or seem to be uneven and wavering ?
• Is damage caused by a storm, and covered by insurance ?

Roof Repair

• Is this leak the first ? Or are they very infrequent ?
• Is the leak after very heavy rain, and limited to one area ?
• Can you see one area where a few tiles are loose or damaged ?
• Have recent high winds caused a small area of visual damage ?
• Are your finances restricted to repair over replacement ?
• Insurance isn't present
